Application conditions:

(a) where China citizens, Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province residents, law-abiding, and meet one of the following conditions, can apply to participate in the cost engineer qualification examination:

1. After graduating from engineering cost college, he has been engaged in engineering cost business for 5 years; After graduating from engineering or engineering economics, I have been engaged in engineering cost business for 6 years.

2. After graduating from engineering cost major, he has been engaged in engineering cost business for 4 years; After graduating from engineering or engineering economics, he has been engaged in engineering cost business for 5 years.

3. Obtain the second bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in the above major, obtain the master's degree, and have been engaged in the engineering cost business for 3 years.

4. Obtain the above-mentioned professional doctor's degree and have been engaged in engineering cost business for 2 years.

(II) The Interim Provisions on the Qualification System of Cost Engineers (No.77 [1996]) has been employed as a senior professional and technical post before the release date, and one of the following conditions is met, so the subjects of Basic Theory of Engineering Cost Management and Related Regulations and Construction Engineering Technology and Measurement can be exempted.

1 Graduated from engineering or engineering economics before. 1970 (including 1970, the same below), engaged in engineering cost business for 15 years.

2. 1970 Graduated from college, majored in engineering or engineering economics, and engaged in engineering cost business for 20 years.

3. 1970 Graduated from technical secondary school of engineering or engineering economics, and worked in engineering cost business for 25 years.
