How about the economics of transition in Liaoning University?
Haha, I am a graduate student of Liaoning University, and I know the most about technical economics, because we (I majored in industrial economics) have taken many classes together in our college. The name of technical economics sounds OK, but, haha, there are only three students in our class, all of whom are transfer students, and there are teachers of technical economics, except Wang Weiguang who is a doctoral supervisor. Teachers are not. Transforming and catching up with economics, that is too theoretical. The theoretical economics of Liaoning University is well-known in China. If you want to engage in theoretical research, you can consider it, but in terms of employment, it is not very good. I don't know if you like doing academic research. If you have, you can choose Liaoning University and Northeast Normal University. If the strength of economics is far from that of Liaoning University, the doctorate in economics of Liaoning University ranks fifth in China, which is better than Nankai. It's convenient to study for a PhD, but it's hard to know who is better for employment, Northeast Normal University or Liaoning University. However, I feel that when recruiting on campus of Liaoning University, most of them need economic management, because Liaoning University used to be Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and economic management is better. Northeast Normal University campus recruitment, it should be based on teachers, right? Personal views are for reference only.
