Langfang University Town, Oriental University Town, is located in Langfang Economic and Technological Development Zone, a prime location in expressway, Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan. The development of university town in the past ten years can be divided into three stages.

The first stage was established from 1999 to 2003.
