Although there are not many successful examples of college students' entrepreneurship, they have the entrepreneurial spirit of taking this step and jumping out of the old road.
Before and after high school, there was really only one sentence to describe the occlusion of the vision at that time: I only read the sage books and didn't listen to things outside the window. Coming to the university, although not as beautiful as I thought, still let me learn a lot that books can't, and broaden my horizons a lot. College students' entrepreneurial innovation activities let me know what entrepreneurship is. Why start a business? How to start a business? They changed my previous narrow understanding of entrepreneurship-as long as you have passion, you can start a business.
Then the passion of our team is to contribute our professional knowledge to the students in our school. Specifically, because the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology generally favors the cultivation of talents in science and engineering, if you want to learn more English and improve your oral English, more science and engineering students will feel that resources are relatively scarce. As students of Foreign Languages Institute, we have personal experience in English learning and are familiar with the allocation of foreign language learning resources in schools. Therefore, in this case, we have an innovative idea to create an information manual for students who are trying to improve their English and find quality resources.
However, we know that entrepreneurship is a team that turns a good idea into reality. Entrepreneurship is a very challenging social activity. Entrepreneurship requires wisdom and courage. Entrepreneurship is a way of life. "Entrepreneurship requires very harsh conditions, not whether you want it or not, but whether you can. Just like an example of shooting in a high school chemistry book: if you are too busy pitching and don't aim at the direction, the ball won't be thrown into the basket; You just don't have the strength to aim at the direction, and the ball can't get into the basket; Only when you aim at the direction and have the right strength can you throw the ball into the basket. The same is true of starting a business. Passion is not enough, and good ideas are not enough. Only passion, ideas and related knowledge can make a successful venture.
In the process of innovation, the biggest experience is that there are indeed obstacles, large and small, and contradictions will continue to appear, interrupting the realization of our innovation plan. Among them, there is disagreement within the group, and the difficulties in the realization of the school are waiting. But we will be more frustrated and braver, because there are many successful people who start their own businesses. For example, Liu Chuanzhi, the boss of Lenovo Group, and Ren, the founder of Huawei, can actually sum up their experiences in a few simple words, namely, diligence, persistence, creativity, emotional intelligence, mission and opportunity. From these successful people, we know that entrepreneurs or innovative talents should have four elements: ① a proactive attitude; ② Have certain professional knowledge; 3 have confidence; 4 persevere. So for college students now, diligence and persistence are essential. In the four years of college life, we should always keep our expectation and enthusiasm for life, be curious about things around us, cultivate our own innovative consciousness, and then get opportunities to cultivate innovative ability from practice.
