2. The School of Economics and Management of Southwest Jiaotong University was formerly the Department of Management Engineering, which was founded in 1984. School of Economics and Management was established in 1993. Academic education covers three levels: undergraduate, master and doctor, with postdoctoral mobile stations. There are 9 departments under the College, namely, Accounting Department, Engineering Management Department, Finance Department, Industry and Regional Economy Department, Management Information System and E-commerce Department, Marketing Department, Organization and Strategic Management Department, Operation Management Department and Theoretical Economics Department. Faculty 134, including teachers 108 and administrative and teaching assistants 26. There are 30 professors, 50 associate professors and 28 lecturers (including 28 doctoral supervisors).
