China Central Radio and TV University (National Open University) is a nationally recognized academic qualification.

Supported by modern information technology, the National Open University provides continuing education services for members of society with and without academic qualifications, aiming at promoting fair educational opportunities, the enjoyment of high-quality educational resources and the continuous improvement of national quality.

The National Digital Learning Resource Center has been established, bringing together more than 50,000 high-quality courses, and building 247 sub-centers with other universities, vocational schools and social education institutions. The operation mechanism of resource aggregation, construction and sharing is explored.

Cooperation and communication:

20 17 10, the 27th ICDE world congress was held in Toronto, Canada, and the international jury awarded the only "outstanding institution award" to the national open university. At present, overseas learning centers in Zambia and Tanzania have been put into operation.
