Henan University of Technology is a state-owned university, and the tuition fees of all majors are implemented according to the standards stipulated in document No.456 [2020] of Yufa Reform and Charge, and the undergraduate literature and history class costs 4,400 yuan per year. Science and engineering class is 5000 yuan per year. Art classes cost 8000 yuan a year.

Henan University of Technology was founded in 1956. It belongs to the Ministry of Food, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Domestic Trade. It is a university founded by Henan Provincial People's Government and State Grain and Material Reserve Bureau.
