Lightning magic ball is also called magic ball, lightning ball, electro-optical ball, plasma light and plasma ball. After being electrified, the lamp body emits many slender, curved, twisted and wonderful lights, and the lamp body is coated with various phosphors. Distorted light will emit various colors where it touches, which is the charm of ionization lamp (magic lamp).

Working principle:

The appearance is a high-strength glass ball shell filled with thin inert gas, and there is a black spherical electrode in the center of the glass ball. There is an oscillating circuit board at the bottom of the ball. Through the power converter, 12V low-voltage DC is converted into high-voltage high-frequency voltage and applied to the electrode.

After electrifying, the oscillating circuit generates a high-frequency voltage electric field, and the rare gas in the ball emits light due to ionization of the high-frequency electric field, resulting in mysterious color. Because the voltage on the electrode is very high, the light generated is some radial plasma glow, colorful and radiant, which looks very good in the dark.

When people touch the ball with their hands (people are connected with the earth), the distribution of electric field and potential around the ball is no longer uniform and symmetrical, so the light around the finger becomes brighter, and the generated arc moves and twists with the touch of the hand and dances with the movement of the finger.
