Fudan university's on-the-job MBA registration conditions are: those who have three years or more work experience after graduation at the time of admission; Five years or above working experience after graduation from junior college; Master's degree or doctor's degree with more than two years' working experience.

This project is on-the-job study, one working day a week, one weekend, winter and summer vacations, and the educational system is two and a half years (24 months of courses and 6 months of papers).

Students who have completed the required credits, completed the master's thesis and passed the defense can obtain the master's diploma and MBA certificate of Fudan University. At the same time, the project offers classes in the Yangtze River Delta, which are taught at two weekends every week.
