How can college be meaningful?
1. Control self-motivation

I can't finish watching ppt, I can't watch enough dramas, I can't get up early, and I don't get enough sleep. This is probably a common pain point for college students.

But in fact, we don't want to put everything off until the end. We also want to finish our homework early and then do what we like, but sometimes our brains don't listen to control. At the end of every time, the task assigned by the teacher can only stay up anxiously to catch up on homework.

As the saying goes, the best time to plant a tree is now. Overcoming anxiety means taking action at once. In fact, it seems that it is not so easy to start action at once.

I can teach you a lesson: every time I turn on a power to complete a task immediately, I will give myself something I want for a long time as a reward.

Step 2 set goals

University life is very beautiful, all kinds of club activities, various hobbies among students, entertainment projects and so on.

But the most important thing is how to make yourself better while having fun.

For example, if you want a better interpersonal relationship, you can go, take part in more social activities, meet more and better people, make friends with better people and motivate yourself.

Ps: exercise more. Regular exercise can improve your self-confidence and give yourself more motivation.
