When was Huai 'an University (Huai 'an University of Technology) successfully established?
On August 8, 20 14, the Education Department of Jiangsu Province held a special meeting on the preparation of Huai 'an College. At the meeting, Cao, vice governor of Jiangsu Province, approved the merger of Huaiyin Teachers College and Huaiyin Institute of Technology on behalf of the people's Government of Jiangsu Province to build Huai 'an University, and asked the Ministry of Education for approval on 20 15, which was officially listed for construction.
