Work experience in functional departments of Shihezi University
Shihezi University has many functional departments, such as personnel department, academic affairs department, scientific research department, student affairs department, enrollment and employment department and so on. These departments undertake different tasks, so I will talk about my working experience in several of them.

1. Personnel Department

As employees, the personnel department is the department we must contact. Here, I learned about the workflow of employee induction, personnel file management, attendance management, salary and benefits. Working in the personnel department requires rigorous thinking, meticulous attitude and patient communication skills, because its work directly involves the rights and interests of every employee and must be managed accurately in all directions.

2. Academic Affairs Office

The Academic Affairs Office is mainly responsible for the teaching management of the school, including curriculum planning, curriculum arrangement, teaching quality monitoring and students' evaluation of teaching. Working in the Academic Affairs Office requires certain professional knowledge, familiarity with the teaching management process, and high execution and organizational management ability, because there are a lot of teaching tasks to be completed every semester.

3. Office of Scientific Research

The scientific research department is the management department of the school to carry out scientific research work, which is mainly responsible for the establishment of scientific research projects, the publication of papers and the transformation of achievements. Working in scientific research departments requires not only rigorous scientific literacy and solid professional knowledge, but also high communication skills and teamwork spirit, because it is often necessary to cooperate with research academicians and teams in various disciplines to complete the work.

The above is just my experience of some functional departments of Shihezi University. The specific work contents and processes of each department are slightly different, but the similarities of * * * all require a high sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous work attitude and efficient execution. At the same time, the work of these departments can make us better understand the management mode and operation mechanism of the school, and also bring us valuable work experience and professional skills.
