Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, founded in 1958, is one of the earliest financial universities in New China. It was founded on the basis of Nankai University's economic management major, and brought together a group of well-known scholars in the field of economic management from universities in North China and Northeast China.
Campus landscape
The school has been built into a multidisciplinary university which focuses on economic management, with interdisciplinary and coordinated development of arts, law, science, engineering, teaching and art. It is a key university in Tianjin and an important base for cultivating senior economic management talents in northern China.
