1, dormitory conditions of Xiamen University

The accommodation fee of Xiamen University Student Apartment is 800- 1200 yuan per student per academic year, with 2-6 people for one room. If the accommodation fee standard is adjusted, the fee standard approved by the price department shall prevail.

2. Introduction of Xiamen University

Xiamen University, or XMU for short, is a comprehensive research-oriented national key university directly under the Ministry of Education and the Central Government of People's Republic of China (PRC). It is a world-class university construction university (Class A), a national key construction university of "2 1 1 Project" and "985 Project", and the first batch of independent examination units with degree authorization. Selected into the national "20 1 1 plan", "Everest Plan", "Strong Foundation Plan", "11plan", excellent engineer education and training plan, excellent legal talents education and training plan, excellent doctoral education and training plan, and national college students' innovative experiment plan. The State has built a high-level university graduate program, a national demonstration base for training innovative talents, a national cultural quality education base for college students, a scholarship receiving institution for overseas students from China government, and the first batch of demonstration universities in China to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Xiamen University, founded in 192 1, is the first university founded by overseas Chinese in China's modern education history, one of the earliest universities in China to recruit graduate students, and the first' university' to build an independent campus overseas. Its early buildings were selected as the national key cultural relics protection units and the first batch of China 20th century architectural heritage, and were praised as "the strongest in the South" and "the most beautiful university in China".

Doctor's apartment * * * includes: Fengting I, Fengting II, Fengting IV, Fengting V, Lingyun V, Lingyun VI, Lingyun VII, Lingyun VIII, Lingyun IX, Diligence VI and Diligence VII. Air-conditioned balcony wardrobes are readily available, with telephone, broadband and cable TV interfaces.

Xiamen University Dormitory is a beautiful landscape, facing the sea and backed by mountains, with trees, water, beach, air-conditioned safe, balcony closet water heater and laundry room attached with the building.

Drinking boiled water: provided by the school free of charge. Self-help laundry: 3 yuan every time. Hot water shower: Dewey apartment is equipped with solar water heater, which is used at its own expense.

The dormitory uses the method of purchasing electricity first and then using electricity. When the available electricity in the dormitory is equal to or lower than 0 degrees, the system will automatically cut off power.

The school provides 20 kWh of electricity to each dormitory every month (except February and August).
