During his tenure at Shandong University of Political Science and Law and Qilu University of Technology (after May 20 14), Comrade Zhang Shichang had three scientific research projects, namely:

1. Identification and control of human errors in mining enterprises. Shandong soft science research project was completed in 2003, ranking first.

2. Research on College Students' Mental Sub-health The humanities project of Shandong Provincial Department of Education was completed in 2004, ranking first.

3. The development and management of cultural power in many factories and mines were completed in 2004, ranking first. And won the first prize of outstanding achievements in enterprise management in Shandong Province.
