What songs do you like to listen to when you are in a bad mood?
When I am in a bad mood, my first choice is The Legend of the Hungry Wolf by Jane Zhang. You can't read the lyrics without reading the subtitles. And read the lyrics, not the kind of inspirational lyrics. But this song has a cheerful momentum, and I feel that the whole person is full of enthusiasm after listening to it. Maybe it has something to do with the Jane Zhang himself, but after listening to The Legend of the Hungry Wolf by Jacky Cheung, I don't feel this way. Although Jane Zhang was famous before, I was star-blind and didn't know who was who, but this song made me remember her.

When I am in a bad mood, I don't just listen to songs, I like to go out for a walk. If you don't have friends. You can jog in the park while listening to songs with headphones on. Exercise is really a very useful method. I feel that my inner depression has been vented through exercise. Many people like to eat when they are in a bad mood. But I am particularly opposed to this way of venting. Because spending a lot of money is not good for your health. I feel that this way is an accomplice to stress obesity.

If you have good friends around you. You can also find friends to go out to play with. You can play anything, play cards, go shopping, watch movies, drift together and so on. If someone talks to you, you will feel much better. Listening to music is effective in my opinion, but it is far from my later two schemes.
