I remember that in 2003, it was required to minor in the second year (only students with GPA above 2.8 were eligible to apply). Minor for two years, if the average GPA of major course is above 3.0 and the average GPA of minor course is above 78, you can apply for a double degree. If the average GPA of major courses is above 2.8 and the average GPA of minor courses is 75, you can apply for double majors. If you can't meet these two requirements and don't fail in any subject, you will only have a minor certificate.
