Monash University is one of the largest national universities in Australia and one of the top 100 universities in the world, ranking around 50 in the world.

Suzhou Joint Graduate School of Southeast University and Monash University is the first Sino-foreign cooperative graduate school approved by the Ministry of Education in China. It is the running institution of Southeast University in Suzhou Dushu Lake Science and Education Innovation Zone, and the foreign party is Monash University in Australia.
