Collection Resources of the Library of Southwest University of Political Science and Law
As of August 3 1, 20 14, there were more than 1.94 million paper documents in our library. The collection covers all kinds of political, legal, economic and other social and humanistic books, as well as important laws and regulations and legal monographs from Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Japan and the former Soviet Union, covering all disciplines and majors in our school. It has formed a collection system that focuses on politics, law and economy, supplemented by management and foreign languages. There are 17505 thread-bound books of ordinary ancient books and 605 rare books of 53 kinds. Some rare legal ancient books and documents, especially those in Qing dynasty, are precious and one of the best in Ji Guang. Such as: laws of the Qing Dynasty, compilation of laws and regulations of the Qing Dynasty, and diagrams of laws and regulations. The most precious imperial edict of the Qing Dynasty published in Wuying Hall in the five years of Qianlong is a rare rare book published by the Qing court, and the manuscript of the continuation of the Qing law during Qianlong period is even more unique. On 20 10, the library was successfully selected as the first batch of "Chongqing ancient books key protection units". In the construction of digital resources, optimize the structure and allocation of resources according to the disciplines and majors of the school. We have ordered nearly 60 comprehensive databases such as CNKI, Wanfang, Addison, Peking University Magic Weapon, Peking University Fayi, Westlaw, LexisNexis, HeinOnline, and the most famous legal professional databases at home and abroad, with a total capacity of 848945.5GB. We have built our own characteristic literature resource databases such as "China-ASEAN Legal Literature Database" and "Southwest University of Political Science and Law Degree Database".
