Henan Normal University is located in Xinxiang, a famous city in the north of Henan Province, with the majestic Taihang Mountain in the north and the surging Yellow River in the south. It is located in the vast land of Mu Ye and the beautiful seashore.

The school is an excellent university supported by the national plan to revitalize higher education in the central and western regions, implemented by the national "11plan" set up by the Henan Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education, and is a characteristic backbone university in Henan Province.
