2, kindergarten, primary school, junior high school teachers' qualifications, identified by the county education administrative department; The qualifications of teachers in senior middle schools, secondary vocational schools and practice instructors in secondary vocational schools shall be determined by the education administrative department at the county level after examination.

3. Process of applying for qualification certification: (specifically subject to the local certification announcement)

First, online registration

Log on to China Teachers' Qualification Network for online registration within the specified time.

Second, on-site confirmation

Conduct on-site confirmation according to the time and place arranged by the local education bureau.

Materials required for on-site confirmation:

(1) application form for teacher qualification recognition in duplicate;

(two) the applicant's ideological and moral appraisal form;

(3) The original and photocopy of the ID card;

(4) Original and photocopy of academic certificate;

(5) A teacher qualification physical examination form issued by a hospital at or above the county level designated by a teacher qualification accreditation institution. The conclusion on the physical examination form should be clearly filled in as "qualified" or "unqualified" and stamped with the official seal of the physical examination hospital;

(6) The original and photocopy of the Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate;

(7) Qualified personnel in the national examination shall provide the original and photocopy of the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers issued by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education;

(8) The original and photocopy of the household registration certificate issued by social personnel, or the original and photocopy of the personnel relationship certificate issued by the work unit (personnel file keeping department);

(nine) to apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, the applicant shall also provide the original and photocopy of the professional and technical post of assistant engineer or above or the technical grade certificate of intermediate worker or above;

(10) Other materials required by the teacher qualification accreditation body, such as teaching practice materials of teachers' majors, academic certification reports, etc.

Note: In some cities, on-site confirmation is conducted first, and then physical examination is concentrated. The specific medical examination order shall be subject to the local confirmation announcement.

Third, qualifications.

After accepting the application, the leading group for the qualification of teachers in each city shall make a conclusion within 30 working days.
