1. Working in Tibet mainly depends on one's physical fitness and altitude adaptability.
2. "Aid Tibet" now mainly refers to counterpart support for Tibet. Tibet aid workers are selected by provinces and cities with counterpart aid tasks, or units and organizations with aid projects, and are not recruited for the society. Therefore, college students' employment in Tibet only goes to work in Tibet, which does not belong to the scope of aiding Tibet.
3. In principle, college students outside Tibet can take the civil service examination in Tibet. However, due to the great employment pressure and fierce competition in Tibet's colleges and universities, there are too many restrictions on the registration conditions for Tibetan civil servants. For example, this year's announcement of recruiting civil servants in two colleges and universities in Tibet clearly stipulates that candidates are local college students.
4. At present, the work of college students entering Tibet has the following situations:
(1) Take the national civil service examination. The recruitment of central Tibetan units is carried out through the recruitment of civil servants. Please pay attention to the website of the personnel department. College graduates can't take part in the civil service recruitment of local government organs in Tibet because they are required to work in Tibet for three years before they can apply for the exam.
(2) Working in Tibet. This is not much different from college students from outside the region looking for jobs in the mainland, as long as both parties are satisfied with signing the contract. The difference is that Tibet has a lot of staffing, while the mainland is mainly in the form of recruitment; There is also an agreement on the length of service when coming to Tibet. After the expiration, you can leave Tibet to find another job (your place of origin will not be arranged for you generally), or you can choose to stay in Tibet (of course, the employer must agree). This is the main way for college graduates from outside the region to enter Tibet.
(3) Supporters are the responsibility of the Youth League Committee of the university, and the sending unit is responsible for living expenses and travel expenses, generally 1 to 2 years.
(4) Recruiting into Tibet. Not compiled, roughly equivalent to mainland recruitment.
