According to Article 8 of Northeastern University Graduate Award Rules, three outstanding graduate students are excellent models of all-round development in morality, intelligence and physical education. The selection ratio is about 5% of the national graduate students.

Excellent graduate cadres should stick to their posts for more than one semester, serve their classmates enthusiastically, work hard, have strong working ability, organizational ability and social responsibility, and make outstanding achievements in social work. The selection ratio is about 30% of the registered graduate cadres. Excellent graduate students should finish their papers on time with excellent results, and receive awards at or above the school level for two consecutive years during their studies. The selection ratio is about 3% of the number of graduate students.

1, named scholarship winners should be selected according to the selection rules of various named scholarships. Named scholarship has not yet formulated the selection charter, and the selection conditions of scholarship winners can be implemented with reference to Article 12.

2. Named scholarship places are allocated to each college at one time according to the proportion of the number of non-directional and self-funded graduate students in each college to the total number of graduate students in the school.
