Excellent graduate cadres should stick to their posts for more than one semester, serve their classmates enthusiastically, work hard, have strong working ability, organizational ability and social responsibility, and make outstanding achievements in social work. The selection ratio is about 30% of the registered graduate cadres. Excellent graduate students should finish their papers on time with excellent results, and receive awards at or above the school level for two consecutive years during their studies. The selection ratio is about 3% of the number of graduate students.
