Southwest University of Political Science and Law is located in Chongqing, a municipality directly under the Central Government of China. It is one of the four departments of the Fifth Academy, and is honored as "Whampoa Military Academy" in the industry. Founded by People's Republic of China (PRC), Ministry of Education and Chongqing Municipal People's Government, it is the earliest institution of higher learning in politics and law in New China.
