In order to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots organizations, cultivate reserve talents of party and government cadres who have deep feelings for the people, and guide college graduates to display their talents where economic and social development is most needed, the central government has decided to carry out the work of hiring college graduates to serve in villages. According to the Notice of the Central Organization Department and other four ministries on Printing and Distributing the Opinions on Selecting and Appointing College Graduates to Work in Villages (for Trial Implementation) (ZZTZ [2008]18) and the Notice of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Department of Personnel, and the Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security on Printing and Distributing the Notice (ZZTZ [2008] No.40), we are now in our province.
First, the number of recruitment plans
In 2008, the province plans to hire 2,599 college graduates to work in villages and arrange for them to work in Linyi and Binzhou, including 2,000 in Linyi and 599 in yinan county, Pingyi, Feixian, Cangshan, Junan, Binzhou, Huimin, Yangxin and Wudi counties.
Second, the recruitment target and conditions
The selection targets are students of Shandong nationality under the age of 30 (born after August/July 1977) or full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities with permanent residence in Shandong (except students who are trained by orientation and entrustment), with emphasis on undergraduates and postgraduates who graduated in 2008 and previous students who graduated in 2006 and 2007. In principle, it is party member (including preparing for party member). College graduates who have participated in activities such as the' Three Supports and One Support' program, as well as those who have been previously employed by the city to work in villages (communities), can participate in recruitment with the approval of the organization.
Basic conditions for employment: (1) Good ideological and political quality, down-to-earth style, hard work and strong organizational discipline. (2) Good academic performance and certain organization and coordination ability. (3) volunteering to work in rural grassroots. (4) good health.
Third, the selection process.
1, individual registration (August 4-August 8). College graduates who meet the selection requirements log on to the designated registration website, truthfully fill in and submit personal information related to the application, and upload electronic photos (recent bareheaded photos, jpg format, below 20kb). Each candidate is limited to one city. Candidates who apply for Linyi City log on to Linyi Personnel Examination Information Network (www.rsks.lyrs.gov.cn), and candidates who apply for Binzhou City log on to Binzhou Personnel Examination Information Network (www.bzrsks.gov.cn). If the applicant logs in and fills in the application information several times before the prequalification, the last filling will automatically replace the previous filling information. Once the registration qualification has passed the preliminary examination, it shall not be changed. There is no registration fee.
2. Qualification examination (August 5-August 9). The two cities designate a special person to be responsible for the preliminary qualification examination, check the online registration in this city during the registration period, conduct the preliminary qualification examination on the applicant the day before according to the information submitted by the applicant, and publish the preliminary examination results online. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of employment. If any link is found to be unqualified for employment, the employment qualification will be cancelled at any time.
3. written test (August 17). Set up test sites in Linyi and Binzhou respectively. Candidates who have passed the registration confirmation should log on to the corresponding registration website from August 12 to August 14, 2008, download and print the Admission Form and the Registration Form for Selecting and Transferring College Graduates to Work in Villages, and arrange the examination time, place and examination room on the admission form? Ming. Candidates who do not have the printing conditions can take their valid identity documents to the personnel agency in the city where they apply for printing the day before the exam. Candidates must take the admission ticket and ID card when taking the exam.

4. Interview. According to the written test results and the number of places allocated by the two cities, the city will draw a line, and the interviewer will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of employment plan 1: 1.2. 5. Physical examination. According to the interview and investigation, the two cities determine the physical examination personnel according to the ratio of employment plan 1: 1. If there are people who fail to pass the interview or medical examination, when there are vacancies in the employment plan, they are not listed as subjects for the interview and medical examination, and they will be replenished from high score to low score.

6. Publicity (August 28th-August 30th). In Binzhou and Linyi, the personnel examination information network and other related media publicized the candidates to be hired for 3 days.
7. confirm the employment. According to the publicity situation, the two cities determine the hiring personnel, and the list of hiring personnel and their positions in the village are reported to the organization department of the provincial party Committee for the record.
8. Training positions. In early September, the two cities organized pre-job training for employees.
Fourth, choose posts.
According to the principle of unified management of service, work and cadre training, the two cities delimit counties, and rationally arrange posts according to the characteristics of employees and their majors. Focus on sending to villages with a certain working foundation, strong team and good village style.

1. The employed personnel are \' village-level organizations with special posts \' and are not civil servants. Their work management and assessment shall be carried out with reference to the relevant regulations of civil servants, and the township party committees and governments shall be responsible; Personnel files are managed by the county-level organization department or the talent service agencies affiliated to the county-level personnel department are free agents, and the relationship between the party and the masses is transferred to the village. 5. Employees who terminate the contract due to violation of management regulations or personal requirements during the employment period shall be dismissed. The dismissed personnel no longer enjoy the relevant policy treatment.
