Brief introduction of National Chung Cheng University
During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period, National Chung Cheng University was founded in Ling Xing, Taihe County, Jiangxi Province. The name of the school takes the meaning of the important concept of China traditional culture, "the great is the right".

1940, the Ministry of Education allocated one million yuan of legal tender to the Jiangxi provincial government to establish the National Chung Cheng University in Taihe Ling Xing under the name of Chiang Kai-shek (the foundation was laid, and the university was named after China's national leader, Jiang Zhongzheng). 1945 August 15, Japan announced its unconditional surrender, and then National Chung Cheng University moved to Wang Chenggang. In September, 1949, National Chung Cheng University was renamed National Nanchang University. The school is also a national comprehensive university, directly under the leadership of the Central South Ministry of Education.
