School profile:
Jilin University is a national key comprehensive university directly under the Ministry of Education, located in Changchun City, Jilin Province. The school was founded in 1946, and 1960 was listed as a national key university, becoming one of the first 22 universities to establish graduate schools in 1984. It is the national "2 1 1 Project", "985 Project" and the first batch of "double first-class" universities to build universities.

The school has a complete range of disciplines, with 52 teaching units, covering philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, management, art, etc. 13 disciplines and interdisciplinary subjects.
There are 140 undergraduate majors, 6 1 first-class master's degree authorization points, 49 first-class doctoral degree authorization points, 4 interdisciplinary doctoral degree authorization points, 33 master's degree authorization points and 8 doctoral degree authorization points.
2. Research platform.
There are 5 national key laboratories, 1 national engineering laboratories, 6 national and local joint engineering laboratories, 1 national engineering technology research centers, 4 national international scientific and technological cooperation bases and 1 national applied mathematics centers.
It has 6 key research bases of humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education, 12 key laboratory of the Ministry of Education, 6 engineering research centers of the Ministry of Education, 1 joint laboratory of international cooperation of the Ministry of Education, and 4 collaborative innovation centers established by the Ministry of Education.
