The teaching of undergraduate nursing specialty in the College of Nursing of Guangxi Medical University is arranged by the Academic Affairs Office of Guangxi Medical University, and the basic medical college, public health college, pharmacy college, surgery, social science department, nursing college and the first clinical medical college all undertake the teaching tasks. Student management is mainly handled by the Student Affairs Office and the School of Nursing.

The College has eight administrative functional departments, including College (Party) Office, Science and Education Office, Student Office, General Affairs Office, Security Office, Finance Office, Practice Management Office and Employment Office, as well as the College Youth League Committee, three teaching and research sections (nursing teaching and research section, basic course teaching and research section, general course teaching and research section), 1 nursing skills training center and 1 modern education information center.

The college has 46 full-time teachers and 9 teaching assistants. Forty-four college teachers have obtained teacher qualification certificates, of which 27 have deputy senior titles or above. Jointly undertake the teaching task of specialized courses for nursing undergraduates with the First Clinical Medical College.
