According to the design concept of broadening international horizons and building a "museum" of architectural education, Sheling Campus was built on July 20 10. The campus is located at the south foot of Jingyuetan in Changchun, with beautiful scenery and pleasant ecological environment. Campus architecture is dominated by European architecture, with unique style and magnificent momentum. The existence of architectural forms in different times not only embodies the special aesthetic feeling of architectural colleges, but also injects architectural cultural connotation into the campus landscape environment. The new campus covers an area of 93 hectares, the centralized teaching area covers an area of 62 hectares, and the first-phase construction area is 320,000 square meters.

The school has a 20,000-square-meter library, which is a landmark building of the campus, with more than 940,000 paper books and 400,000 electronic books. A large stadium with a seating capacity of 6,543,800+8,000 and a closed gymnasium with facilities such as basketball, badminton, table tennis, martial arts, gymnastics and fitness are built. The basic conditions for running a school have exceeded the standards of the Ministry of Education for undergraduate schools. The school strengthens the construction of modern university system, improves the corporate governance structure in accordance with the articles of association of Changchun Jianzhu University, implements the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors, highlights the basic responsibilities and administrative powers of the principal, gives play to the political core of the school party Committee, the democratic supervision of the board of supervisors and the democratic management role of the teachers' congress, actively promotes the management of the school according to law, and provides reliable political, organizational and institutional guarantees for the construction of high-level private universities.

The school adheres to the international higher education management concept, innovates the operation mode, and implements two-level management of the school and the branch according to the college system and the layout of the federal group, highlighting the main body of running the school.
