Hello! I am a student of xxx. I am very grateful to the state for its financial assistance to the poor students in our family, and I am also very grateful to the school leaders for giving me such an opportunity. .
There are six people in my family: father, mother, brother and me. Mom and dad have to take care of grandparents who are over 80 years old. Parents make a living by farming, and father can't do heavy manual work with his hands disabled. My mother did all the heavy work at home. They work hard every day, but the family income is meager, which is still difficult for such a family with old people and children. Grandparents are old and weak, and their health has not been very good. Grandpa suffers from high blood pressure and grandma suffers from lung disease, and has been relying on drugs to maintain health. My brother went to junior high school, and the tuition fee is not low every year. Now I am a senior three student, which makes the originally difficult family worse.
Parents work hard, but it is really difficult to support this family with such a large expenditure every year. Watching my parents work hard for me and worry about the whole family, there is nothing I can do. I really feel bad in my heart and I don't know how to be good. I have to tell myself silently that I must study hard and don't live up to my parents' expectations. Every time I watch them work with their backs to the loess, I shed tears, hoping to help my parents reduce some burdens as soon as possible.
I have always believed that "knowledge changes fate". I know that only by constantly improving myself and increasing my knowledge can I change my family situation. Therefore, before I entered school, I made up my mind to actively learn professional cultural knowledge in the belief of "no pains, no gains". Excellent grades, because only in this way can we get rid of poverty, otherwise, we will remain poor. Poverty is not our stumbling block, on the contrary, it is our motivation.
At the same time, I am also very grateful to our school and leaders for their help. I will be more strict with myself in the future, learn scientific and cultural knowledge well, and strive to serve the society and contribute to the country as soon as possible.
I'm glad that when I get the XX grant, I can share some for my family. I think what I can do now is to study hard, live up to anyone who has expectations of me, be a useful person to the country and society in the future, and try my best to repay all those who have helped me and society.
Once again, I sincerely thank all the leaders!
