Fill in the reasons for the withdrawal of files must be consistent with the actual situation. The examiner of the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute will review the filing. If in doubt, it will communicate and coordinate with the organization or request reconsideration. Institutions should take seriously the reconsideration opinions put forward by the examiner and fax the reconsideration results to the examiner.

After the filing is completed, the admissions institution will print the list of candidates who will not be admitted and affix the official seal, and then fax it to the examiner.

6. Submit the admission results

After the number of pre-admission students in colleges and universities is consistent with the number of enrollment plans and the admission major is determined, the data will be uploaded through the admission system at the specified time, and the admission can be completed after the admission inspector has passed the examination.

7. Publish the admission list

After the admission of colleges and universities, the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute will print the admission list, and the candidates admitted by private colleges and universities must also print the Admission Candidate Information Confirmation Form, which will be stamped with the special seal for admission of ordinary colleges and universities by the Provincial Admissions Committee and sent to the admissions institution within 3 days after the admission of this batch.

8. Issue the admission notice

Admissions institutions shall fill in the candidates' admission notice according to the list of candidates approved and filed by the provincial education entrance examination institute, affix the official seal of the school, and send it directly to the admitted candidates together with the admission notice, funding policies and measures (private colleges and universities must also attach the information confirmation form for admission candidates issued by the provincial education entrance examination institute).
