At present, the main campus of University of South China is mainly divided into three residential areas.

1), south school dormitory area

New 2 buildings (accommodation conditions are the same as above, mostly students from mechanical college);

New 3 buildings (accommodation conditions are the same as above, mostly students from nuclear technology college);

4 buildings (6 floors, 4 rooms, no separate toilet, public toilets and bathhouses on both sides of each floor, temporary 600 yuan/year, all national defense students);

Building No.5 of Wohushan (7 floors, 8 rooms, one room, one living room and two bathrooms, 800 yuan/year, student of Electrical Engineering Institute);

Building No.6 in Wohushan (accommodation conditions are the same as above, mostly students from the Institute of Chemical Technology);

Opposite building of Foreign Languages Institute (4 people, 600 yuan/year, no separate toilet, small dormitory area, students of Civil Engineering Department of Urban Construction College).

Special supplement: because there are many students in individual colleges, they are not completely concentrated in one dormitory. At present, the south campus is all male except the new 1 building where female graduate students live, so "south campus" can also be unilaterally understood as "male campus", hehe.

Because I live in the dormitory area of South School, I know more about South School, but I don't know much about North Campus and Hong Chen. Please forgive me if there is any mistake.

2), north school dormitory area

***8 dormitory buildings, respectively:

Boys, 7 buildings, 8 buildings, 8 floors. It is said that the accommodation is not very good and there are many colleges. School of Mechanical Engineering, Medical College, School of Economic Management, etc.

There are 9, 10, 1 1, 12,13,26 buildings for girls. Except for 26 buildings, the rest are 8-story buildings, of which 26 are female dormitories in medical colleges. It is said that the accommodation is not ideal. Most of the colleges living in the North School are girls from nuclear technology colleges, mechanical colleges, nursing colleges, urban construction colleges, nuclear capital colleges, grammar colleges, mathematics and science colleges, and electrical colleges. There are more girls in the north school.

Special note: There is a male dormitory (in the kindergarten of the North School) near Taoxi Garden of the North School, which is mostly a public health college.

3) Hong Chen Apartment (including Chuanshan Apartment)

Chuanshan Apartment ***8 buildings (building A, B, D, E, G respectively)

It should be 7 floors, 4 people, 1200 yuan/year, balcony, separate bathroom, water heater (Chuanshan apartment has no water heater), and the conditions are good. There are both male and female dormitories. There are many students staying here, most of whom are Art College, Nuclear Capital College (male), Economic Management College, Urban Construction College (male), Mathematics and Science College (male), Computer College, Chuanshan College (independent college) and so on. The total number of students living here is almost ten thousand. . .

There is a girl's dormitory converted from the primary school affiliated to South China University near Xiaonanjia. 600 yuan (the school subsidizes 200 yuan) every year, but the accommodation conditions are not very good, so it seems that you can apply.

Special note: The accommodation conditions of students in Nanhua University are relatively good, and each dormitory area has a living area such as a student supermarket, which is convenient for study and life. . .
