Kyongbuk University is a comprehensive national university headquartered in Daegu, the fourth largest city in Korea. Gyeongbuk National University was founded in 1946 (KNU for short) and developed into a national comprehensive university composed of five colleges in195/kloc-0, which occupies an important position in the history of modern education in North Korea.
Jingbei National University was established, which trained nearly180,000 graduates.
