Tariq &; #8226; Ramadan (1963-), Ph.D. in Islamic and European philosophy, is a thinker, philosopher, religious reformer, theorist and educator. He is one of the most influential Islamic scholars in the contemporary western world and the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, Hassan. Banna's grandson comes from a scholarly family of Islamic scholars. Ramadan was trained by a famous teacher from Azhar University. He is proficient in Arabic and Islamic, speaks fluent English and French, and likes ancient European philosophy since childhood. The thought of German philosopher Nietzsche is the theme of his thesis.

He used to be a multicultural adviser to the mayor of Rotterdam, Switzerland, and a visiting professor at Erasmus University. Now he is a professor of Islam and philosophy at the University of Freiburg. He is a professor of comparative religious studies at Anthony College of Oxford University, Kyoto University, Eiras University of the Netherlands, Nother-Damme University of the United States and Indiana University. He is a senior fellow of the Lockheed Foundation in London, England. Many European countries have hired him as an Islamic political adviser, and many western governments should consider his suggestions when formulating Muslim immigration policies.
