Happiness is a psychological experience that people get some psychological satisfaction in material life and spiritual life due to the realization of goals and ideals in the process of creating material civilization and spiritual civilization, and it is also a positive evaluation of people's lives. The education of college students' outlook on happiness is an important part of college students' outlook on life education. A correct view of happiness is helpful for college students to face the happiness and pain in life with a positive and optimistic attitude, plan their life path scientifically, better realize their role expansion, and feel happy in the process. In view of the current widespread problem that college students' sense of happiness is weakened and their outlook on happiness is incorrect, we should take various forms to carry out the education of socialist outlook on happiness, so that everyone can establish a correct outlook on honor and disgrace and happiness, and enhance students' ability to perceive and create happiness.
A college student is facing an increasingly serious happiness crisis.
There are many crises and dilemmas in the education of college students' concept of happiness. Especially in today's rich material and increasingly rich cultural life, the happiness of many college students has faded, and words such as "boring", "fidgety" and "depressed" have become the mainstream for many college students to evaluate their lives.
1. Contemporary college students' happiness view is one-sided.
Happiness is a kind of spiritual satisfaction that people feel the realization of life value in the process of social life practice. The concept of happiness is a psychological experience produced by individuals in the process of social life in order to realize their goals and ideals and satisfy their material and spiritual lives to a certain extent. If happiness is a subjective experience, then the concept of happiness is some of the most basic views, understandings and viewpoints based on this subjective experience. Contemporary college students generally have a confused understanding of happiness and the concept of happiness, and unilaterally equate happiness with the concept of happiness. Therefore, correctly guiding contemporary college students to understand and experience pain plays an important role in cultivating students to form a correct view of happiness.
2. The educational method of happiness concept is single.
Cultivating college students to establish a correct concept of happiness is inseparable from the education of the concept of happiness. At present, the happiness education of college students mainly depends on moral education. There is no denying that virtue is happiness, which is one of the oldest understandings of happiness. "Morality is happiness" is the dominant view of Chinese and western cultures, and Socrates and Plato clearly put forward this view in ancient Greece. Practice has proved that there are two important aspects that constitute people's happiness ability, namely, the ability to perceive happiness and the ability to create happiness. Therefore, in addition to moral education, colleges and universities should also open up other ways to educate contemporary college students on the concept of happiness.
Second, the factors affecting college students' view of happiness
1. The impact of commodity wave and the influence of western values
Influenced by western values, money worship and hedonism have a certain market in society. The views of "money is everything" and "money is happiness" have impacted college students in the important period of the formation and development of outlook on life. However, the driving mechanism of economic interests is projected on college students, which is manifested in such bad phenomena as diluting groups, emphasizing self and pursuing material interests. This will inevitably lead to their lack of correct means to pursue happiness, so their happiness goal is difficult to achieve.
2. Contemporary college students are facing great employment pressure.
Facing the increasingly fierce employment competition, college students seem helpless. After more than ten years of cold window, I finally squeezed into the door of the university. Now I am going to the society, facing my parents' expectations and my own ideals, but I don't know where the road is. Even some graduates are faced with the new employment system and severe employment situation, and they are not prepared psychologically, and there are various psychological deviations in the process of employment, which in turn affects employment. Therefore, unhappiness comes from individual psychological imbalance and disharmony.
3. Emotional confusion
Love in the ivory tower is very much expected by many college students, but love in the ivory tower is also the most fragile. Many college students point their love motives to "experiencing love happiness" and "enriching college life". A survey shows that nearly 35% of college students are emotionally confused, and the psychological variation of college students caused by love failure is the most prominent, and some people go to extremes and even cause irreparable tragedies.
Third, how to cultivate college students' correct view of happiness.
The "correct view of happiness" mentioned here includes both returning to the original view of happiness (provided that the original view of happiness is still reasonable) and moving towards a new view of happiness (provided that it is more reasonable than the original moral belief). In this dual sense, the cultivation of college students' concept of happiness is complex and arduous. The cultivation of college students' concept of happiness is inseparable from their life world, but from the social point of view, college students are the elites of the times, and their happiness goals should be high-level. Someone once attributed a happy life to three indispensable factors: hope, something to do and being able to love others.
1. Enhance the happiness of college students
Strengthening the education of college students' view of happiness is the basis of cultivating their correct view of happiness. Strengthening the education of the concept of happiness is conducive to making contemporary college students have a sense of social responsibility and dedication, be healthy physically and mentally, and know how to pursue true happiness and happiness. Happiness is just an expression of happiness. Therefore, before establishing a correct concept, we must first have a correct understanding of this matter.
Strengthening the education of happiness concept requires college students to unify collective happiness, others' happiness and personal happiness. Through various forms of education, college students should realize that social life is an interconnected whole, and individuals cannot do without society, and society cannot do without individuals. So personal happiness and social happiness are unified. Without the overall happiness, there is no personal happiness, and the individual's desire to pursue happiness can only be realized and guaranteed in the continuous growth of social happiness.
Strengthening the influence of family harmony and happiness education is also an indispensable aspect of cultivating college students' happiness. A harmonious and happy family environment is the cradle for college students to form a sound personality. Parents should be good at making use of the situation, keep spiritual communication with them and establish a harmonious and trusting parent-child relationship. In these effective activities, we can know how to be grateful, learn to perceive happiness, cherish happiness and create happiness, and our natural happiness will be stronger.
2. Enrich the content of happiness education.
Happiness is a kind of subjective feeling and psychological experience, but this kind of subjective feeling and psychological experience cannot be separated from the objective world and the real society. College students should put their own happiness view in the whole social and historical background to examine its correctness and rationality.
The education of college students' concept of happiness should also include its special educational contents, such as touching education. Touching is a kind experience of human nature. Everyone's happiness is different, and we need to experience our own happiness with a moving heart. In recent years, many universities have carried out the selection of people who moved the campus. On the one hand, encourage those poor students to stand on their own feet, and at the same time let college students feel the progress of the times and the happiness of life. As a new generation of college students, we should learn to gradually strengthen our ability to feel truth, goodness and beauty through various forms of education.
Another example is financial education. Undeniably, under the condition of market economy, the unhappiness of college students comes from their dissatisfaction with material life. Professor Yao Jianjian, deputy dean of the School of Humanities, Shanghai Jiaotong University, said that China's youth financial management education should include three basic aspects: financial management values education, financial management basic knowledge teaching and financial management basic skills training. The former involves a correct understanding and value recognition of money and the meaning of life. Financial management education can help college students establish a correct view of money and consumption, which will undoubtedly enhance their happiness.
3. Improve the frustration tolerance of college students.
Correctly guiding contemporary college students to understand misfortune is an important part of happiness education, and frustration education is increasingly becoming an important part of happiness education. In recent years, the whole society generally feels that the ability of contemporary youth to bear and overcome setbacks is getting weaker and weaker. Therefore, frustration education is imminent, and at the same time, frustration education is also cultivating college students' inner self-confidence and optimism. Most of us were born in the late 1980s and early 1990s. We are the only children in our family. We grew up with the unprecedented economic improvement of our country and family. For a person, misfortune often breeds the form of true happiness, and pain is the bridge to happiness. Life is tempered in pain, happy in misfortune, and the greatest perfection in imperfection. Mencius once said: "Therefore, the sky will fall on the Sri Lankan people, so we must first suffer their minds, work their bones and muscles, starve their bodies and skins, and mess with their actions, so we must be patient and get what they can't." Being in adversity may be unfortunate, but it is not necessarily absolutely unfortunate. One of the keys lies in people's self-improvement. In misfortune and pain, use your positive efforts to change the adversity of life and strive for the happiness of life. This is an active life.
4. Strengthen the humanistic quality education of college students
Vigorously developing humanistic quality education is an important guarantee for college students to establish a correct view of happiness. Humanistic quality education is the basic connotation of "people-oriented" education, and it is a process of internalizing the rich cultural wealth created by human beings into national personality, temperament and accomplishment through various forms of knowledge transfer and environmental edification, and becoming a relatively stable character in us. For example, the school held a series of lectures on humanistic knowledge, held various forms and rich contents of humanistic knowledge competitions, carried out reading activities related to humanistic education, and went out to visit humanistic landscapes. Carry out a variety of humanistic education practice activities, so that students can learn and accumulate humanistic knowledge, enhance humanistic awareness and improve humanistic quality, so that humanistic quality education will no longer become a mere formality and be truly implemented. Make full use of campus time and space, make good use of cultural propaganda facilities such as window, blackboard newspaper, radio and television, school newspaper, and make good use of campus greening and beautification, so as to make the theme of campus environment full of cultural flavor of humanistic education and provide an excellent educational environment for the effective implementation of humanistic quality education.
Happiness is a kind of knowledge, but also an emotion and ability. Therefore, to improve college students' view of happiness, we need not only education, but also the improvement of their own quality. In real life, it is not the lack of material conditions that makes people happy, but the lack of cognitive feelings about happiness, or the low ability to perceive happiness. Today's happiness education for college students will directly affect the formation of a correct outlook on life, which is related to the healthy growth and development of students. To some extent, the thoughts of college students lead the thoughts of society, which is the trend of the future society. The happiness view of college students represents the basic trend of the future development of social happiness view, and even relates to the success or failure of Socialism with Chinese characteristics's career. Therefore, it is of great significance to attach importance to the education of college students' concept of happiness and guide them to establish a correct concept of happiness for promoting the harmonious development of society!
