If you declare individual awards, you can't fail the school year. The score of minor in the second degree course does not affect the qualification of students to participate in the evaluation. If you fail to minor in the second degree course, provide the certificate of the academic affairs office of the school. The college needs to strictly examine and check the application qualifications of the participating students, so as to achieve zero misreporting. Students who fail to meet the requirements and are still reported by the school financial aid center will be disqualified directly and will not be replenished.
