When I was in college, teachers used many attendance methods, some of which were traditional, such as calling the roll, for example, asking the deputy class to help call the roll. These are small things for students.

There are surprises, such as walking one by one after class, spending a whole class, reading students' signatures one by one, asking more than a dozen questions in class, and then taking students to answer, such as fixing seats and which row to sit in. There are clear rules. These attendance methods are really hard to cheat. If you don't come, you will be registered. But to be honest, if the students didn't go too far, the teacher wouldn't treat the students like this. Of course, if a teacher can make his class lively and interesting, then no one will want to escape from his class, so this incident reflects that both sides are at fault.
