In July, 2008, Li Rongrong made important instructions on the summary report of the first training class for outstanding team leaders of central enterprises submitted by the Industrial Bureau of SASAC Group. According to the spirit of Comrade Li Rongrong's instructions, in view of the "six difficulties" existing in the training process of team leaders of central enterprises, such as "wide number, difficult organization, difficult coordination of work-study contradiction, difficult breakthrough of limited funds, difficult integration of scattered resources, difficult standardization of training content and difficult guarantee of training effect", the Industrial Bureau of SASAC and Tsinghua University jointly developed a remote training project for team leaders of central enterprises, and widely listened to the opinions of central enterprises, especially grass-roots team leaders.
