Counselors are the teachers who manage students' work in the whole department. The student is called a tutor, which is equivalent to the head teacher of a high school. In short, they deal with students' daily affairs and generally have nothing to do with teaching.

College counselors should cooperate with tutors, school hospitals, psychological and vocational guidance centers, actively communicate with educational administrative departments and schools without a unified standard system, establish a certain responsibility system from the first grade, and give it to them when necessary.
