The Department of Arts and Sciences and the Department of Comprehensive Policy of Keio University should not be directly compared. The Department of Literature is one of the characteristic departments of Keio University. This department in Tergit basically does not recruit boys, and 90% of qualified international students are girls. It is suggested that boys who are not very enthusiastic about learning literature should try to avoid applying for literature department. The study style of comprehensive policy is more inclined to European and American campuses, and the completely open teaching atmosphere is the first feature of these two departments. Another feature is that the courses of the Department of Comprehensive Policy and the Department of Environmental Policy are extremely rich, and humanities courses, natural science courses and even art courses are all within the scope of elective subjects, which satisfies students' pursuit of knowledge diversity to the greatest extent.
