If everyone sitting under the podium listens carefully, then the teacher will be very passionate in class and feel that his classroom performance has been well harvested.

Of course, we don't want such teachers in every school. As a teacher, we should have a sense of responsibility, treat students fairly and justly, and have an indifferent attitude towards students' study. This is not a teacher's morality.
