The samples of paternity test are: 15-20 hairs with hair follicles; Blood stains; Oral test paper
● Hair collection
Prepare a blank sheet of paper.
Pull out the hair from the head (quickly, preferably two hairs at the same time) and observe with the naked eye whether there is a translucent capsule-like object at the root of the hair. The hair taken out can't be touched by hand. Wrap it in A4 paper and put it in an envelope. Mark the identity and name of the sample owner on the surface of the envelope. Everyone needs 15-20.
Low blood collection
Puncture the skin surface (fingertip, earlobe, heel and any part of the body surface) with a needle. When the blood comes out, gently wipe it with prepared gauze (sold in large and small pharmacies), leaving 5-6 blood prints as big as soybeans on the surface.
Wrap it in white paper or envelopes, not plastic bags. Mark the identity and name of the sample owner on the surface of the envelope. Note: Blood donors have not received other people's blood within half a year and have not received bone marrow transplantation within two years.
● Oral mucosa collection
Buy a sterile cotton swab from the drugstore, three for each person. Pick up a cotton swab, put it in your mouth, and scrape it back and forth on the muscle wall inside your cheek to make the cotton head fully wet, and scrape it 20 times. The second one scraped 20 times on the other side. Scrape the third root 10 times before taking it out.
Wrap it in white paper or envelope, and indicate the identity and name of the sample owner on the surface of the envelope. Note: Plastic bags are not allowed.
