The school has four Post-Doctoral Research Center of Chinese Medicine, Chinese Medicine, Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine and Pharmacy. It is the first national major (Chinese medicine, pharmaceutical preparations and acupuncture and massage) and the first batch of second majors (Chinese medicine).

The innovative experimental area of TCM talents training mode is the first batch of innovative experimental areas of talents training mode in the Ministry of Education, and the innovative experimental area of TCM clinical talents training mode is the innovative experimental area of talents training mode in Heilongjiang Province. Eight undergraduate majors such as traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, rehabilitation therapy, acupuncture and massage, clinical medicine of traditional Chinese and western medicine, pharmacy, resources and development of traditional Chinese medicine, and medical experimental technology were rated as national first-class undergraduate majors, and 10 undergraduate majors such as nursing and pharmaceutical preparations were rated as provincial first-class undergraduate majors. In the fourth round of national discipline evaluation, the discipline of Chinese medicine ranked first and the discipline of Chinese medicine ranked fourth, making it one of the three Chinese medicine colleges awarded "A+" in China.
