Do you mean the downtown campus or the central campus?

If it is a central campus, it refers to the Qianwei South District. In the southern suburbs of Changchun, you can take bus No.222 or light rail at the railway station, take bus No.222 to Torch Road, and then take light rail to Silicon Valley Street.

If it's the downtown campus, I think you may mean the Qianwei North District, which is located on Jiefang Road (Minzhu East Street-Tongzhi Street), mainly where the graduate school and the test center are located. You can get there by bus No.62/362/363 from the railway station.

The nearest campus to Chang Ying is called Xinmin Campus, which is located in the middle of Xinmin Street. Take bus no.266 from the railway station. Mainly medical departments, including medical college, pharmacy college and nursing college.
