In addition, the center strictly implements the pre-shift and post-shift meetings, and carefully analyzes and summarizes each power outage, laying a solid foundation for the safe and smooth completion of the annual 10 line maintenance.

(2) Operation and maintenance of the production line

(1) Regular patrol work

First, adhere to the phased standardized inspection work. During the inspection, it is required to inspect the equipment itself, ancillary facilities and external environment, strictly in accordance with the inspection contents and items in the check card for Line Standardization, and classify and record the problems found according to the standards.

The second is to adhere to the patrol responsibility system, and the line patrol is carried out with fixed lines, posts and personnel. Each line clearly defines the personnel who regularly patrol, and links the patrol rate with economic benefits, and strictly imposes performance penalties on lines that are not inspected. At the same time, the patrol work of changing lines was carried out at the end of the year, and the replacement of personnel and lines effectively made up for the shortage of long-term line setting and quota patrol.

The third is to adhere to the combination of inspection and compensation and give full play to the advantages of integration of transportation and inspection. For the defects that don't need power failure, the patrol personnel are arranged to deal with them in regular patrol inspection, which not only saves the operation and maintenance cost, but also improves the efficiency of line defect elimination.

Infrared temperature measurement and other technical means are widely used in special inspections, focusing on observing the heating of the main stress components; The important span, structural clearance distance, ground distance and wind deviation distance are measured. Pay attention to the discovery of external hidden dangers and deal with external construction and other hidden dangers in time.

According to the particularity of the line work, a special inspection was carried out. During the flood control period, arrange a special inspection team to conduct special inspections on the important crossing of the central line, the river-crossing tower foundation and the sliding door tower; In order to prevent the line from being threatened by geological disasters, special inspections were carried out to clean up the lines within the jurisdiction of the line, and geological disaster sections such as cliffs, precipices, dangerous rocks, passes, valleys, paddy fields and mining areas were subdivided, further improving the ledger of central geological disaster sections; In order to prevent the possible impact of freezing rain and snow, a special inspection was organized to prevent icing in the design ice area of 500 kV Huangda and 500 kV Bada lines and high-altitude pole towers. Before power outage maintenance, carefully organize the line diagnosis patrol, fully understand, master and judge the line operation status and hidden dangers and defects, effectively ensuring the maintenance work.

The center is responsible for participating in at least/kloc-0 line inspections every month, conducting a thorough investigation and spot checks on periodic line inspections, and organizing diagnostic inspections before major maintenance, so as to better understand the operation status of each line and the work of inspectors and better guide the actual line inspections from point to surface. The leaders of the center conduct supervision and inspection from time to time, check the inspection effect and quality, and give guidance to the line inspection.

(3) Channel management

This year, the center vigorously carried out the rectification work of the line passage, combined with the special rectification of the company's passage, eliminated all the serious and key defects of the passage, and cut down and pruned more than 5,300 trees and bamboos in the line passage, effectively preventing accidents such as grounding and conductor burning caused by the discharge of ultra-high trees and bamboos in the passage.

(4) Protection of power facilities

The center has always regarded the protection of power facilities as one of the basic work of center line management, and strengthened the technical protection of power facilities. According to local conditions, the combination of technical defense, civil air defense and physical defense will establish a long-term mechanism for the protection of power facilities to create a good environment for the safe operation of the power grid. First, in view of the behaviors that endanger power lines, the center has repeatedly issued written safety hazard notices and rectification notices to relevant responsible units and personnel, and actively sought government support and intervention by sending safety hazard letters to government functional departments such as the "Three Electricity Offices", the Economic Bureau and the Safety Supervision Bureau. , effectively prevented and stopped the construction of a large number of houses in the line protection area, especially the construction of large pig farms with 57 #-58 # files on the second line of 500kV Nantan. Second, it is of great significance to hold a forum on power facility protection, strengthen communication with local governments, and establish a "three-level network" mechanism among the central government, the government and the masses, which will effectively crack down on power facility crimes and stop units or individuals from illegally building structures in line protection areas. The center steadily promotes and improves the mass line protection system, always adheres to the concept that "mass line protection is a necessary supplement to line operation and maintenance", and relies on the strength of mass line protection to stimulate the work enthusiasm of mass line protection staff through reasonable salary and appropriate rewards. Give full play to regional advantages, mobilize and give full play to people's power to publicize and protect power facilities along the line and within a larger scope of influence, and timely grasp the direct and intuitive first-hand information of line anomalies, making up the time gap between regular inspections and special inspections; Relevant training work was carried out, which further played the role of on-site supervisor, information officer, maintainer, propagandist, coordinator and investigator of mass line protection, and improved the efficiency and effect of line operation. At the same time, a series of assessment systems, such as "Management System for Mass Line Patrol" and "Assessment Method for Transmission Line Patrol in Place", are formulated to standardize line patrol work and ensure the stability and steady improvement of line patrol quality. This year, Nanchong Center's mass line protection work has been praised by its superiors for many times, and the effect of mass line protection has been fully demonstrated, especially in the fault finding of "7. 18" flood and 500kV Nantan Second Line due to mountain fire.

(4) Maintenance of line status

1. By the end of 20xx, Nanchong Center has carried out state maintenance of transmission lines 10 times, with a total length of 539.983km, of which, 2 times were in normal state, accounting for1.2%; Pay attention to the state for 5 times, 328.326km, accounting for 60.8%; The state was abnormal twice, 164.469km, accounting for 30.5%; Severe state 1 time, 40.2km, accounting for 7.5%.

2. According to the arrangement of EHV Company, the center line specialty conducted a preliminary examination on the condition maintenance of the 10 line under its jurisdiction. In the whole process, the five systems of condition-based maintenance were strictly implemented, and the relevant data and documents were collected one by one, and the basic data of line operation, maintenance and detection were established. According to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Condition-based Maintenance of Overhead Transmission Lines, the lines are graded, and the preliminary evaluation report and maintenance suggestions of teams and centers are obtained. In this regard, the provincial company's condition maintenance acceptance team fully affirmed, especially the basic data management of the line and the layout of the instrument room. However, in the process of condition-based maintenance, we also found some problems, such as unreasonable evaluation scores of some units, and the overall evaluation of the line is often judged as concerned or abnormal because of individual general defects.

(5) Special technical work

1, lightning protection work

Nanchong Center always insists on lightning protection of transmission lines as one of the core professional work to reduce line trip rate, improve line reliability and ensure the safety and stability of 500kV power grid. Pay attention to the comprehensive lightning protection of lines from the aspects of operation and maintenance, management means and technical application. Mainly manifested in:

(1) During routine inspection of lines, the inspection and patrol of lightning protection equipment and grounding devices should be strengthened, and problems found should be handled and eliminated in time to ensure that lightning protection facilities are in good condition. The center has dealt with the situation that the grounding wire at 12 is exposed due to external damage in time.

(2) Ensuring the external insulation level of the line is one of the key work contents in power outage maintenance. In 20xx, the self-explosion insulator 167 pieces were replaced after power outage, which fully ensured the good external insulation of the line.

(3) This year, the center completed the general survey of the grounding grid of the lines under its jurisdiction. According to the shaking test, the 54-base grounding grid of 500kV Nantan Second Line and the 60-base grounding grid of Banan Line have been rectified one after another. According to the form of grounding body in distillation column, and taking the inductive effect of impulse current on epitaxial grounding body into full consideration, φ 12 hot-dip galvanized round steel is adopted to increase grounding body, the laying position of grounding body is reasonably selected, and the welding technology and buried depth of grounding body are strictly controlled, which ensures the effective development of grounding network rectification and has a good effect on reducing line grounding resistance.

(4) According to the statistics of towers prone to shielding failure along slopes, hilltops and ditches (rivers) and the data of lightning location system, the center has successively installed 940 shielding lightning rods and 80 lateral protection needles for 500 kV Nantan Line 1 and Line 2, Bada Line, Huangwan Line 1, Line 2 and Banan Line. 20xx In July, when Huang-Wan line was handed over, it tripped twice in thunderstorm weather. The results of fault wave recording, distance measurement and tower climbing inspection of substation show that the fault points are all in Chongqing section, and there is no shielding lightning rod. It can be seen that the lightning protection effect of installing lightning rod on shielding failure of 500kV lines is obvious.

Next year, the center will continue to transform the grounding grid of some lines and install lightning rods, and take comprehensive lightning protection measures to further improve the lightning protection ability of lines.

2, to prevent external damage to work

In response to external damage incidents, the center has taken the following measures: First, increase publicity and establish a mass joint defense mechanism. Take the form of fixed-point propaganda and mass wire protection, and do a good job in power supply security in areas prone to theft, rock blasting and soil borrowing. The second is to strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers before the flood season, increase the intensity and frequency of inspections in special periods, master the geological disasters of the lines under their jurisdiction, and carry out major repairs on slope protection, retaining ridges and other facilities. Third, strengthen close contact with the governments and public security organs along the line, avoid damage to engineering operations, eliminate hidden dangers of illegal tree planting and building in line protection areas, and cooperate with public security organs to crack down on theft and sabotage. Fourth, inform and coordinate the safety of construction work along the line in advance. Facing the construction of the crossing line between expressway and lanzhou-chongqing railway in Nandaliang, the center actively contacted the highway (railway) construction management unit, and had many exchanges and consultations with its responsible person to verify the impact of engineering design and construction on the line, and urged the construction unit to take effective safety measures to ensure the safety of construction operations.

3, pollution flashover work

First, the pollution sources, pollution area distribution and external insulation configuration of 10 line and 1 144 tower have been improved.

Second, the 27-base of 8 1 insulator was sampled with salt density during power failure, and the insulators in some sections of 500kV Banan Line, Guanghuang 1, Line 2, Nanhuang 1, Line 2, Line 2, Yellow Line and 500kV Bada Line, Nantan 1 and Line 2 were cleaned and polluted.

Thirdly, according to the requirements of State Grid Corporation, four series composite insulators of 500kV Banan line were replaced and sampled.

4, anti-ice, dancing and other work

In order to prevent the possible disasters caused by low temperature, rain, snow and freezing weather, improve the ability of the line to resist serious natural disasters in the micro-meteorological area, take emergency measures to fully ensure the safety of power grid and equipment during the peak winter, improve the timeliness and effectiveness of emergency response and emergency treatment, and ensure the timely response, effective treatment, complete measures, safety and efficiency of emergency work, Nanchong Center has taken ten measures to prevent icing and dancing. First, before the arrival of snow and ice weather, special anti-icing and diagnostic inspection should be carried out for 500 kV lines in the area under the jurisdiction of the center, hidden dangers of defects should be found and investigated in time, defects should be handled according to the principle of priority, closed-loop management of defects should be completed, and the health level of transmission lines should be fully guaranteed. The second is to deepen the investigation of hidden dangers in the line, carry out the "looking back" work of waterway regulation, and raise the standard of cutting down trees and bamboo on the sections that may be covered with ice. The third is to further deepen the classification, determine the special sections and key towers of the line, focus on the operation status of towers in geological disaster areas, external damage areas, easy-to-steal areas, heavily polluted areas and ice-covered areas, and conduct key inspections and patrols on important crossing towers, river-crossing towers, sliding door towers, long-span towers and double-circuit towers. Fourth, focus on the patrol and extended patrol of the tower sections of Dao Jiang 500 kV Huangda Line 1 18#- 154# and 500 kV Bada Line in high sea band. Fifth, make full use of the opportunity of line power outage maintenance and carry out the work of eliminating electrical defects. Sixth, carry out infrared temperature measurement for heavy-duty and heavy-duty lines, strengthen infrared temperature measurement for wiring fittings and tensile fittings, and arrange follow-up inspection or maintenance according to the temperature measurement. Seventh, closely follow the weather changes, sign meteorological service agreements with local meteorological departments, and make full use of China weather online and other information means to grasp the weather changes in advance and make a good temperature forecast. Eight is to ensure special inspections under bad weather conditions. The ninth is to train the mass line inspectors on common knowledge of ice accumulation to improve the timeliness of information feedback under bad weather conditions. 5, windproof partial work

Combined with special river regulation activities, the center has intensively cut down trees and bamboos that are too high and windward in the line protection area. At the same time, by organizing the windward knowledge training seminar, the line patrol personnel have a deeper understanding of windward knowledge, avoiding the misunderstanding of individual personnel on windward knowledge, and laying a foundation for correctly judging the hidden dangers of trees and bamboos in the course of waterway regulation.

6. Bird prevention work

According to the regional distribution characteristics of the line, collect the range and area of bird activities along the line, observe its activity law and establish observation records. Dense areas of bird activity were recorded. During the inspection and maintenance, the removal of bird's nest along the line was emphasized, especially the bird's nest above the tower insulator in time to prevent bird droppings from causing insulator flashover. At the same time, the maintenance funds were used to carry out bird prevention work, and intelligent bird repellent devices were installed on the 500 kV Huangda Line, Hongnan Line and Eight Major Lines.

7. Mountain fire prevention work

This year, a line trip incident caused by a mountain fire in the center caused the company and the center to attach great importance to the prevention of mountain fires. By mastering the situation of burning wasteland and using fire by the government and farmers along the transmission line and the statistical data of the mountain fire-prone areas along the line, the center gave full play to the role of the people on the transmission line, and established an early warning mechanism for preventing mountain fires with the active participation of the people. Establish a mountain fire linkage mechanism with the local government and fire protection. Strengthen communication with the governments along the line, distribute books on the protection of power facilities and print calendars, strengthen publicity for farmers along the line, and prevent the possible harm caused by illegal mountain burning and arson to the line.
