Graduation from self-study exam

Candidates who have completed the examinations and assessments of the prescribed courses and passed the examination can apply for graduation.

1. Graduation conditions

Candidates who take the higher education self-study exam can only take the graduation exam and apply for the self-study exam graduation certificate if they meet the following conditions.

(1) has completed the theoretical courses specified in the professional examination plan and passed the examination results.

(2) to complete the professional practice course examination and obtain qualified results.

(3) The ideological and moral character meets the requirements after examination.

(4) For the undergraduate diploma, you must have a college degree or above recognized by the state.

2. Graduation procedure

Candidates judge and apply for graduation according to the professional examination plan, and the municipal self-study office is not responsible for notifying candidates to go through graduation procedures.

Candidates who meet the graduation requirements must hold the admission ticket, ID card and all course certificates within the specified time (early June of the first half of the year and early February of the second half 12). To apply for the undergraduate diploma, you must also hold the original diploma of junior college or above, go to the local self-study office to apply for the diploma, and print it by qualified candidates after the preliminary examination of the municipal self-study office. On-the-job personnel are written by the person in charge of the personnel (labor) department of the candidate's unit and stamped with the official seal of the unit; Non-on-the-job personnel shall be audited by the township government or the sub-district office, and their opinions shall be written and stamped with the official seal.

After the three-level examination by the Municipal Self-study Office, the Examiner College and the Provincial Self-study Committee, those who meet the requirements will be issued with graduation certificates and graduates' files.
