Hunan Institute of Science and Technology was formerly known as Lakeside University, which was founded in 19 10. 1March, 1999, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Yueyang Teachers College, Yueyang University and Yueyang Education College were merged into Yueyang Teachers College. In February 2003, it was renamed Hunan Institute of Science and Technology. On July 20 13, the school was recognized as a master's degree awarding unit by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee.

2. Hunan Institute of Science and Technology Nanhu College

The school was formerly Nanhu College of Yueyang Normal University. In February 2003, it was renamed Hunan Institute of Science and Technology Nanhu College. 3. Yueyang occupation

Yueyang Vocational College, located in Yueyang City, Hunan Province, is a comprehensive higher vocational college sponsored by Yueyang Municipal People's Government and headed by Hunan Provincial People's Government. College originated in April 2003, and was upgraded from Yueyang Health School, Yueyang Agricultural School, Yueyang Electromechanical School and Yueyang Staff University to Yueyang Vocational School. In 2009, it was established as a model higher vocational college in Hunan Province.

4. Hunan Vocational College of Petrochemical Technology

Hunan Changling Petroleum School, formerly known as 1978, merged with China Petrochemical Changling Refining and Chemical Company (hereinafter referred to as "Changling") Technical School, Changling Staff University, Changling Training Center and Changling Party School in 2002, and was upgraded to a full-time general higher vocational and technical college in 2003, and transferred to Hunan Province in 20 13.

5. Hunan Vocational College for Nationalities

College was founded in 1952, then named Changsha Normal School. On March 5, 2004, it was renamed Hunan Vocational College for Nationalities. As of March 20 16, the college covers an area of 1000 mu, with a construction area of about 260,000 square meters and assets of 760 million. There are more than 600 faculty members, including 280 associate professors and 200 graduate students.
