A happy and fulfilling week is over again. I believe everyone has gained a lot this week. It needs to be summarized and recorded in the weekly diary. How to write Zhou Ji without becoming a mere formality? The following are five college students' weekly diaries I compiled for you, for reference only. Welcome to read them.
College Students Weekly 1 College Students Internship Weekly (1)
The first week of internship, I can simply sum it up in a few words, that is: see more, ask more, observe more and think more! Manager Zhao mainly let me know about the company's background, products and development direction. In addition, I try to communicate with my colleagues, because I can also learn a lot from the conversation. My colleagues are very enthusiastic and take care of me. When I am in trouble, they often lend me a helping hand. They patiently taught me how to use some common office supplies such as printers, fax machines and photocopiers, and taught me how to answer the phone from the perspective of being a fresh college graduate. Encourage me to do things freely. It doesn't matter if I don't understand. This makes me very moved and gratified. In order to really learn knowledge, I strictly demand myself to do everything well, even if it is simple (sorting out documents and materials), I will seriously consider it several times. So although it is not fast, it can guarantee satisfaction.
Weekly Notes on College Students' Internship (2)
After a week's internship, I have some understanding of the operation process of my post. Although I majored in statistics, I was somewhat out of touch with the practice of internship. I've been training us with the theoretical knowledge of those businesses all week, and I feel like I'm back at school. Although I am not so familiar with the business, there will be many things I don't understand, but I slowly learned how to deal with some things. In the process of work, I understand the importance of initiative. When you have a choice, you should take the initiative in your own hands. Sometimes I feel particularly wronged when I encounter difficult problems in the process of work, but I will be fine after the meeting. I feel that as long as you study hard and do your job well, ask if you don't understand, do more and talk less, and you will get unexpected results. Only I can't figure it out. The second week of internship is coming to an end, and I have been here for some time. Although my colleagues are very nice, their work is very relaxed, and they have a certain understanding of the working environment, living here is still a bit uncomfortable. There seems to be some gap with the original imagined workplace. I believe I will adapt to the workplace life.
Weekly Notes on College Students' Internship (3)
Unconsciously entered the third week of internship, life is still slowly adapting, and work step by step every day. In addition to learning business knowledge related to the post, I also strengthen the combination of statistics related knowledge in colleges and universities with my own post, and strive to apply statistics related knowledge to practical work. Internship doesn't want to be in school, so many problems encountered in many jobs can only be studied by myself, but fortunately, there are a lot of materials to look up, and the relevant knowledge of statistics major in university can help, which is not worth studying in university. When you don't understand, you can look up information, which also cultivates the ability of self-study, and at the same time you can learn a lot of related knowledge. After more than two weeks of formal internship, I have gradually adapted to such a schedule and work style. In the past, when I was at school, I was sometimes lazy or uncomfortable, so I would take time off or skip classes. The teacher will also understand and tolerate us "children who have not grown up" in his eyes. But now that we are working, no one in our colleagues will treat us as children, nor will they spoil and tolerate us like teachers. Whoever is late will be criticized by the leader. So I dare not be lazy every morning and get up on time to go to work. Sometimes it is normal not to eat breakfast in order not to be late. In order to make a good impression on everyone, I will go to the office early, clean the office, and then pour hot water for everyone. Although they are trivial matters, they are also some contributions to this office. The third week of internship is almost over. I believe I can do better next week and make a little progress every day.
Notes on College Students' Internship Week (4)
On Monday, the first day of this week, I finally received my first real job assignment since my internship. Although I have been practicing here for almost a month, my job is nothing more than helping my colleagues, helping others and doing odd jobs. I was idle most of the time. Today, my master finally assigned me the first task. I made full use of the statistical knowledge I learned in the university and successfully completed the first task. Master said that through his observation, I was very active and patient and passed his test initially, so I was assigned a task to further test me. This seemingly simple task requires patience and care, and a small mistake will lead to all mistakes. I want to say, master, I'm ready. I will finish this task carefully and perfectly, and I won't let you down. In the next few days, I began to formally take over the relevant work. Because I am a newcomer, there are many defects and deficiencies in the actual implementation process. Fortunately, under the guidance of my master, I successfully completed the task. After several days of practice and study, I deeply feel that I didn't master the textbook knowledge thoroughly enough before, and the combination of theory and practice was not good enough. I feel that I have a lot to learn, so I always feel that time is not enough. So, I set myself some plans and goals. First of all, I learned some current norms, read statistics related books, learned to use office software skillfully, mastered the details of work, and strived to improve my work quality.
Weekly Notes on College Students' Internship (5)
In a blink of an eye, the internship has passed for more than a month. After a few days of busy work, I finally finished the big work task since my internship, and it was one day ahead of schedule. In order to ensure the perfect completion of this task, I have checked every link of the task no less than ten times to ensure that there are no mistakes. On Wednesday morning, I ran to work early because of nervousness and excitement, and put the finished materials on the master's desk, waiting for the master's inspection. While waiting for Master's arrival, time seems to become particularly slow, and every minute seems to be against me, which is the feeling of being unable to pass. Later, Master finally came to the office. I pretended to be calm and told her that the task had been completed and put it on your desk. Master just nodded slightly and said, I see. This makes me a little disappointed and worried. Master never said when to visit, nor did he assign me the next task. Then I fell into a state of idleness. Spare time, combined with statistics major, study hard the knowledge related to the post, and lay a solid foundation for future work. Think more, think more, ask more questions and ask more why; We should study knowledge thoroughly, which is not extensive but not accurate. The most important thing is to build self-confidence and believe in yourself. Accurately position yourself and make unremitting efforts in this direction. Remember to keep your word and keep your word!
Today, I finished my first week of internship. For me, this week's gains and experiences are really rich. Not only did I enter the company I have been longing for for for a long time, but I also learned a lot of work experience and basic knowledge from the leaders. This is a very valuable gain for me.
But as an employee, I haven't actually adapted to the environment here. Compared with schools, they should be more serious and rigorous in their work. Although I am passionate about my work, I am also very afraid that my carelessness will cause trouble to everyone. But in short, although there are still many problems to be solved, I have gradually adapted to this new environment and work this week, and I believe I will have better performance in the future!
In my opinion, consumers in China are very satisfied with the traditional commercial retail in China. Everything that ordinary families need can be bought very cheaply, because there are many commercial retail outlets, and almost every place sells all aspects of life. Small department stores and convenience stores are everywhere, all of which are based on tobacco, wine, sugar, tea, oil, salt, sauce and vinegar. Most of these small department stores are run by one person, and they also run newspapers and magazines, ordering milk and water for residents. This will lead to
Low level competition. Of course, product quality and service quality are not guaranteed. The result of fierce competition has not improved the service level, nor promoted the survival of the fittest. On the contrary, it reminds people of circuitous methods. Driven by interests, fake and shoddy products began to flood, first in the wholesale market, then in small department stores, convenience stores, and then in department stores.
Therefore, traditional business people are fearless and still full of confidence in their business model prospects. Emerging retailers, led by Lianhua and Gome, spare no effort to expand supermarkets and department stores in China by way of chain operation. Vuormaa and Carrefour are optimistic about the retail market in China.
If you still choose the first two business models, why not go and see the internet elites who are trying to promote e-commerce. If everyone has this advantage, the agent's products should be rich and of good quality, which everyone needs, with less investment, sustainable development and a national market. This competition can completely overwhelm the traditional business model. Let all consumers save money.
This is the second week of my internship in Everyday Express.
I have ushered in the second week of work. Actually, I feel very lucky. In this hot summer, it is a blessing to be able to work in an air-conditioned room. A typist needs a care, a basic computer skill and a spirit of learning.
From the slow understanding in the first week to the accelerated work in the second week, I constantly strengthen my' carefulness'. If you are not careful and make mistakes in the document, if you later find mistakes, then we will correct them, but this will increase the company's office materials and will not bring savings to the company; If there is an error in the document and it is not found in time, it may bring more adverse effects to the company. Therefore, as a girl, you need to be more careful in your work, because this is a quality that girls should have. What a typist needs is skilled typing skills, simple computer operation skills and a certain writing skills. For these, I think I usually surf the Internet and study at school, which gives me this ability. I believe that as long as you are serious, you can do one thing well.
Typists face some important information of the company every day. Although they can't handle the company's economy on the high post, they study behind the scenes, which is a kind of "stealing learning ability" This is a necessary learning ability for a college student who has just left campus. In the report I typed out, I saw that a logistics company needed a good operation and could not do without careful calculation by various departments. Only in this way can we save more logistics costs and get more benefits in economic activities. Such companies are constantly developing. The next week, I really integrated into this group. I have seen the coordination process of the group, which requires mutual communication between colleagues and a good relationship between leaders and subordinates in order to do their own things better.
The first week of college students' weekly diary 5
Worked as an intern for a week. I still remember my first day in the company, and I felt very fresh about everything. For students like us who have no practical experience, everything is a challenge. I gradually understand that sometimes reality is much simpler and more direct than theory, but in most cases, actual operation is much more complicated and indirect than theory. Usually, I understand the key points and gist of my own theory from the actual operation of others.
My internship unit is Cambridge Electronics Company. At school, I have never been exposed to any knowledge in this field. As the saying goes, everything is difficult at the beginning. Fortunately, my colleagues and leaders are friendly and willing to help me and share their experiences. First, I found the information about Little Transformers, read it carefully, visited the production, and understood every production process, every process. Moreover, the company leaders gave us a lesson, first introducing us to the company's management system and rules and regulations.
When I first started my internship in an electronics factory, I first realized the word "tired", and then I got used to it. Because most of our classmates are only children and have not experienced too much wind and rain, it can be said that most of them have been walking under umbrellas. The internship organized by the department can make these students truly experience the ups and downs in real life. However, I am glad to see that when our students encounter difficulties in the internship, we do not flinch, but bravely face the reality and challenge the difficulties. Practice has tempered our will, making our will stronger now than before, and truly realizing the taste of "plum blossom fragrance comes naturally".
In the first week, we were almost all winding. Although we are very tired, we are still practical.
Second week
In the second week, the factory director directly set the daily output to our students, and the whole production was managed and arranged by ourselves. We shoulder a very heavy responsibility every day. On the one hand, we must complete the daily capacity task and ensure the quality; On the other hand, we should not only encourage students to complete tasks, but also balance their mentality and reasonably ensure students' rest time, because under the condition that the number of students is basically fixed, the completion time will be longer and students will have different ideas in their minds, which depends on how our student representatives handle such problems well. It can be said that this is an unprecedented problem for our student representatives. With the joint efforts of the students, we can solve these problems one by one. Cambridge Electronics Factory has indeed provided us with a rare opportunity to exercise and laid a solid foundation for us to embark on the road of employment. The following week, we all accepted the task, no matter how difficult it was, we insisted on completing it.
Third week
During this period, I also learned a lot on the assembly line, and I never missed work for no reason. I am diligent and studious, modest and prudent, listen carefully to the guidance of old comrades, and listen humbly to the work suggestions put forward by others. Moreover, I can observe carefully, experience personally, think independently and analyze comprehensively, and try my best to apply what I have learned in the study samples to practical work, and try my best to combine theory with practice, thus cultivating my persistent professionalism and diligent and pragmatic work style. It also cultivated my patience and quality. Able to obey orders, get along well with colleagues, respect leaders, be serious and responsible, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to complete tasks with good quality and quantity. And always adhere to a principle: either don't do it or do it best.
Fourth week
In this week, the first thing is that I know what team spirit is. I can't leave my job or stop working on the assembly line. If one person leaves his job or stops at the assembly line, it will affect the speed of the whole production line and bring trouble to the students of the whole production line. At the same time, we should ensure the quality, even if it seems unimportant, it may be checked out by qc and qa for rework, which will waste students' time on the whole production line. This makes students learn to handle things carefully, seriously and carefully, learn to unite, divide work and coordinate with each other, and make them realize the importance of team spirit in their work. In fact, our business is a complete team, and the relationship between individuals and teams is like a stream and the sea. Only when individuals are fully integrated into the team can they give full play to their role.
