Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) is quite good. It is a campus of Harbin Institute of Technology. Especially strong in science and engineering. The best majors are vehicles and machinery. Not far from Shandong University (Weihai), there are five or six bus stops. I don't know much about Rongcheng Campus of Harbin University of Science and Technology.
