But I am not only a minister, but also the chairman of a society. When I became president, I realized that the chairman was far from as beautiful as it looked.
In terms of basic ability, I have considered it carefully. In fact, what I learned in my freshman year is just a scratch. After taking office, many of them are almost self-taught and groped by themselves. I am also glad that I have a heart that loves the community, so that I can persist until retirement.
The reason why it is not easy is that this team reorganization needs a running-in period. Unfortunately, the transition is at the end of the term, and how the team runs in is extremely embarrassing and important.
After all, next semester begins, and we have to prepare for the recruitment of clubs and hold activities. How to make the team run in better in a short time is the first challenge.
However, this challenge is extremely important. When the team works well, it is easy to cooperate; It would be a mistake if it didn't run well. If it is serious, you will not only recruit new people by mistake, but also miss the activity. Seriously, you will miss this team, which has a lot to do with whether this team can continue to exist.
I remember that before recruiting new students, I organized a team to hold an activity, mainly to attract new students' eyes and enter the club.
However, this activity is very tiring for me and the ministers.
Because they are not familiar with each other and have not been in contact for a long time, they have all changed from a brother and sister to a senior brother and sister. Everyone has not adapted to the change of identity.
When preparing for the activities, it was the first time for everyone to do it themselves, and it was inevitable that there were some mistakes, which increased confidence.
Moreover, because some ministers' mentality has not changed, thinking that they are all at the same level, there is no need to obey the arrangement of the presidium, and the progress between departments will be affected, resulting in backwardness.
In hindsight, the reason is that we are not familiar with each other and things are not going well.
I'm also glad that our presidium did a good job in league building afterwards, and managed the team together, so that everyone could devote themselves to it and live up to the choices they left behind.
